Nanny selection process
Parent Application
You submit a request through our website or contact us by any convenient means. We respond quickly and start the selection process.
Information Gathering
We clarify key details: schedule, child’s age, nanny’s duties, and your preferences regarding experience, languages, and personal qualities.
Candidate Selection
We choose suitable nannies from our internal database based on your criteria. All candidates are pre-screened and interviewed by our agency.
Profile Approval
We send you profiles of matching nannies, including photos, experience descriptions, and references.
Interview with the Nanny
We arrange a personal interview with the selected nanny, with a representative from our agency present. The meeting can be held in person or via video call.
Trial Period
Once you select a nanny, a trial period begins — typically lasting 1 to 2 weeks, depending on mutual agreement.
Contract Signing
After a successful trial, a contract is signed between the parents and the nanny. We provide a tailored agreement that reflects your needs.
Ongoing Support & Replacement
We’re always here to help – including finding a temporary nanny if needed. If the nanny doesn’t pass probation, we’ll replace her free of charge under our guarantee.

We conduct interviews, verify their experience and references, and check that they have all the necessary documents for work. We also offer our nannies a proprietary training course on childcare and child development for different age groups, along with additional materials. Nannies are tested upon completion of the course.
Most of our nannies have hands-on experience working with children of various ages. We also have candidates with relevant professional education, such as degrees in teaching or nursing.
Absolutely! We arrange a meeting with the nanny (in person or via video call) before the start of employment. After the meeting, a trial period of 1–2 weeks is scheduled.
Yes. After completing the interview, testing, and submitting all required documents, the nanny signs a contract with our agency.

The agency fee depends on the type of arrangement:
- Hourly nanny — +15% to the nanny’s hourly rate
- Fixed schedule (monthly) — +12% to the monthly salary
- Annual contract — +10% of the yearly salary (one-time payment)
- The commission for the trial period is +12%
Yes, nannies are available for flexible schedules, including weekends and night shifts, by prior arrangement.
Yes, we have nannies who speak English, Greek, Russian, and other languages.
We offer nannies for part-time work starting from 3 hours per day, long-term arrangements (from 1 month to a year ), as well as live-in nannies.
Yes, we also help families find household staff to assist with daily chores and home maintenance.
Yes. During the nanny’s trial period, we send all contracts for your review in advance.
After the trial period (1–2 weeks), an individual contract is signed based on your needs and preferences. The agreement includes a 3-month probation period for the nanny.
After the trial period, a contract is signed with the agency. It includes the terms of cooperation and a 3-month guarantee period during which one free replacement is available.
Within the guarantee period, we will offer a free replacement.
